Obviously this place has it together, but do what we did to make it a little more interesting. Sit in Steve Mok's section and let him choose everything. Don't bother with the menu's.
Was great fresh unagi, salmon, scallops, foie gras along with traditional ramen (soup dish). Waiter Sean was helpful with our choices and alerted us to happy hour prices on our beer and appetizers. Totally enjoyable.
Absolutely blown away. Steve our waiter suggested chefs pick. What ever the James Beard awarding winning chef wants to send you. Eat it.
I usually save this restaurant for special occasions - birthdays, Valentine Day etc and I'm never disappointed. I/we can't ask for anything more from either this restaurant nor Thai Van. The same great service and food every single time.
No brown rice.... That's a deal killer. Sushi was fresh though. Super packed and seating was limited with long wait times
I tried to eat sushi before and did not like it and today I had some delicious sushi and spicy soy noodles (too big to finish) but so delicious. Our server Thai was great. I am from out of town visiting family but will definitely have to come back!
