I feel we wasted our money on the appraisal from this company... Danielle Roberty is the lady who you do NOT want to do your appraisal. Cost us more than just the money spent on it. What a waste of time and money.. I do not recommend this company to anyone. Wish I had read the only review on here first. Appraisal was WAY lower than when we bought the house and last appraised.... plus we had invested many upgrades! NO STARS in this review!!
Appraiser Danielle R. Spent VERY little time at our home. Then the appraisal came in low. I wouldn't recommend. I feel like we wasted the large amount of money we spent.
