They were an awesome property management to work with! If we had any maintenance issues they fixed the issues within a couple days. Jeff was nice, easy to get ahold of, and understanding. I would love to rent from them again

I am reviewing as a property owner who had Kasteel manage my property. It was a fantastic experience. For a low and reasonable fee Jeff handled everything from repairs to finding tenants. I just got a deposit each month and had nothing to worry about. I only had to stop because we sold the condo, otherwise I would have had Kasteel manage renters there forever.
Everything is great, but I wish they could be more nicely talking to their customers.
