I have worked with Jeff and Kasteel Property Management several times over the last 6 months. I am a contractor doing work in homes managed by Kasteel Property Management. Jeff and Kasteel have always been on top of the work that needs to be done and have been very concerned about their clients needs. It is easy to see that they are good at what they do and that they provide quality service in every way. I highly recommend Jeff and Kasteel Property Management!
I have been working with this company for over four years. They have shown nothing but the best interest for the Landlord and the renters. If there is a problem or concern from any party involved, or even a neighbor, it has been dealt with promptly, and followed up on. I have worked with other places before, and prefer Kasteel Property Management!
Kasteel is the most professional property management company there is. I have dealt with others and they were useless. Jeff took care of all rental and damage issues, offered suggestions, and everything was done in a very timely manner. I cannot recommend him enough. He will truly take care of your investment.
I would give 0 stars if I could. Do not rent from Kasteel no matter what! After moving out about a month ago, I received an email from Kasteel explaining how I owe $588 (after my $850 security deposit had been used) for cleaning and damages. I can understand paying for damages, yes. I’ll take responsibility for that of course! But we cleaned and scrubbed that place top to bottom and were somehow still charged $300 for cleaning. There were no repairs done to fix previous damages before we moved in. Jeff was very unprofessional in his emails and messages with us when we had to reach out to him to have things fixed. Very unsatisfied how we were treated.
