Several months ago I found Kashian Bros online and decided to give them a try. Doug was very friendly over the phone explaining the services, pricing, and scheduling my appointment. The crew made it to the appointment on time and did a wonder job cleaning the carpet in several rooms of my home. I would not hesitate to use them again in the future.
Had a carpet cleaned at Kashian Bros. a couple weeks ago. The moment I walked in I knew these guys knew what they were doing. The carpet came out perfectly cleaned and looked like new. It was a pleasure working with Doug, the owner. Great customer service. Good Job!
I just had my carpets cleaned and I am so happy the people were so friendly and my carpets never looked better. Now I want to do the rest of my house.
Two Kashian employees came to clean my ducts. One of them gave nothing but attitude, argued about how my carpets would be cleaned (they were scheduled to come back to do that another day) and left a mess (open ducts, plastic hanging on others, items moved were not returned to their proper places, trash left on neighbor's lawn). When I called the company, I got more attitude. Too bad...the two guys from Kashian who came to do the estimate a couple of days before were pleasant and professional.
BE WARNED - Doug does not care I brought a rug in to DuPage Vacuum to be cleaned - I paid DuPage Vacuum and the rug smells of soap. Picture powered Tide laundry soap. Bruno tells me he has nothing to say and tell me to talk to Doug at Kashian Brothers carpet in Wilmette. Doug said as far as he is concerned there is nothing wrong with the carpet and it is obviously my house that smells. DuPage Vacuum charged me $140.00 to clean the carpet - that I will not be able to use in my home.
