Small old rooms, dark, smelled of cigarettes. Small bathroom, sink in living room and not in bathroom. No support staff available on premises. Other guests rude. Will not stay again.
The place is right on the edge of UPenn, within walking distance to the main dorms, and next door to the police office. The room is spacious, very clean, and even comes with free laundry service. The shower is the best. If they can offer extra sheet and blanket when 2 persons registered, that will be even better. But I guess as a guest, we always can request in advance.
Perfect efficiency apartment for our stay! The room was great - bed very comfortable, and the kitchen was nicely stocked. Would definitely stay here again next time I am in town.
Very nice spot located not too far from U of Penn campus. Close to many restaurants as well so you don’t have to walk too far. Very prompt with communications, when communicated that I ran out of toilet paper that responded quickly. Would recommend this stay. Will be back once again if I’m ever in town.
