This is my favorite hotel I’ve stayed at in PGH! The room was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. Everyone on our floor was quiet so we didn’t have any noise issues, but even if we did our room included thoughtful details like a white noise machine and a pair of good quality ear plugs. Be aware that they don't have staff on-site and the check in is all digital. I couldn't get past one prompt. I am giving two stars only because the manager did refund me. I think it is a big mistake not to have staff on-site to help if something malfunctions. Some of us don't want to deal with digital check-ins. What if something is wrong with the room, who would help you?

Had a great night here for new years eve. Room was beautiful and comfortable. Workout room, pool and even hot tub was nice and clean.great area..next to cheesecake factory which was a plus will definitely be going back.

It's a great location. And it's clean. But it's sterile and the staff, while very friendly, were pretty bland and sterile themselves. The whole experience was a bit, meh.

Let me just say...I was highly disappointed...the parking situation was horrible..the site never mentioned it was paid parking..and it was a hassle to go from the garage to the front of the building when the elevator was broken..the room was clean but the bed was hard as a rock..I can't recommend this place..the only good thing about it was the location since it was close to a few restaurants and stores within walking distance
