Had a great night here for new years eve. Room was beautiful and comfortable. Workout room, pool and even hot tub was nice and clean.great area..next to cheesecake factory which was a plus will definitely be going back.

It's a great location. And it's clean. But it's sterile and the staff, while very friendly, were pretty bland and sterile themselves. The whole experience was a bit, meh.

Let me just say...I was highly disappointed...the parking situation was horrible..the site never mentioned it was paid parking..and it was a hassle to go from the garage to the front of the building when the elevator was broken..the room was clean but the bed was hard as a rock..I can't recommend this place..the only good thing about it was the location since it was close to a few restaurants and stores within walking distance

Location is prime. Apartments are spacious but run down. Lots of broken/worn things like tables, closet doors, torn out smoke alarms, window blinds, stains on carpets and couches. The apartment was not clean when we arrived, sheets had fake eyelashes in them and towels smelled mildewy and dirty. Floors were not clean either with dust and dirt everywhere. We had to go out and get detergent and wash everything ourselves the first night. And borrow a vacuum from another tenant in the building to go over the floors. Parking also... read more

My wife and I were visiting our son for the weekend in South Side. The facility was within walking distance to his residence. Overall the experience was great. I will say the directions for parking and getting into the building were a little confusing but once you were there it all made sense. We will definitely be visiting Kasa South Side Pittsburgh again.
