The long business meetings during my hotel stay had me completely drained. The location is superb and one of the strongest features of staying in South Side, Pittsburgh. It offers easy access to the universities, downtown, and many of the city’s main attractions. The property is conveniently located near both the Hot Metal Bridge and the Birmingham Bridge. The Hot Metal Bridge provides a scenic pedestrian and cycling connection to the university area and the riverfront trails, making it ideal for walking, running, and biking. I must admit, everything was awesome. The room was immaculate when we arrived. The services were great when a problem arose it was handled speedily. Whatever we needed it was granted. Thanks, for the wonderful five day stay. I will surely recommend to my family and friends.
This is my favorite hotel I’ve stayed at in PGH! The room was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. Everyone on our floor was quiet so we didn’t have any noise issues, but even if we did our room included thoughtful details like a white noise machine and a pair of good quality ear plugs. Be aware that they don't have staff on-site and the check in is all digital. I couldn't get past one prompt. I am giving two stars only because the manager did refund me. I think it is a big mistake not to have staff on-site to help if something malfunctions. Some of us don't want to deal with digital check-ins. What if something is wrong with the room, who would help you?
