Customer service was pleasant to work with and the place was stunning. Very clean, great view, all the necessary amenities. Would definitely stay again next time I'm in town

While the property itself is quite nice, I am under the impression that Kasa is incredibly poorly run. Upon arrival at the building, the access code we were given did not work. We had to wait for someone to leave to scamper into the building. When we arrived to our unit, we found that the central air was not working. We were provided with a portable HVAC unit. The day after we checked out, I was informed the HVAC unit was missing. They accused my family and I of stealing the AC unit and charged us $566 for it, in addition to... read more

We had a wonderful weekend in the Southside of Pittsburgh. The apartment was right by the water, so we had a lovely view. It was clean (other than an easily replaceable shower liner). The location is just perfect. You can walk to great stores and restaurants. So much to do in this area! The building itself was beautiful- nice gym and pool area. Can't wait to come back in warmer weather because the courtyard area looked amazing.
