Really good! Just missed a black curtain in the room.
Great location in downtown. I never had to move my vehicle the whole weekend. The apartment was clean, spacious and quiet. I would definitely book here again!
The apartment was huge and comfortable. Very clean and well supplied. I had some trouble with the electronic door lock, and customer service on the text app was super helpful and supportive. They responded almost immediately and helped me figure it out. Location is good, although traffic is awful in Austin and we didn't take our car out much. It was safely parked in the secure underground garage, so that was nice too.
This is my 2nd stay in Austin with Kasa. I’ll be back again next time I am in town for business. Easy stay in the heart of Downtown. Kasa is extremely centrally located and I was able to walk to lady bird lake and 6th street within 10 minutes. The apartment was very clean and all the Kasa team members I interacted with were very helpful and friendly. Next time I stay in Austin I will look for Kasa.
Perfect location at a fraction of the cost! You won't be disappointed!
