Great location Very clean
Had a recent two-night stay at Kasa Downtown Austin. I’m normally a hotel guy, not AirBnB/apartment rental or anything without a front desk staff, so was a bit apprehensive about trying Kasa. It exceeded all my expectations. The pre-stay communication (how to check in, navigate the building, etc.) was super-clear, and the codes all worked seamlessly when I arrived. Random fees, terrible experience, feel like you’re not supposed to be here / like you’re trying to avoid getting caught. Creepy mics / sensors In rooms.
