My stay at Kasa Downtown Austin was extremely disappointing. When I checked in, the apartment had dirty dishes, sticky stains on the floor, and a clogged bathroom sink. I reported these issues to Kasa and made it explicitly clear that no one had permission to enter the apartment while I was away. Despite that clear instruction, Kasa staff entered the apartment without my permission. What makes the situation even more frustrating is that they only dropped off replacement dishes. Location is the best , right in Austin downtown which is so near my son’s apartment which is just 2 mins away! The one bedroom apartment with a king bed in the bedroom and a queen sofa bed was clean and comfortable! The Kasa team responded quick to my queries and quiet professional. Just 1 thing during the stay that upset me was : the fan could be switch off at the first 45mins after I checked in late at night.
