Although in a great location the facility was poorly furnished and kept. The furniture was child size and worse than IKEA quality (plastic patio furniture for dining table) plus stained and damaged, they had touched up the paint in a different color and texture (gloss on flat walls), the second so called bedroom was a trundle bed in a closet and the blinds were a crushed and bent mess of metal. Extremely responsive and friendly. Great location. Will be warm in the summer without AC, but not uncommon in the Bellevue area. Very nice spot and will certainly consider staying there again.
The apartment was great - enormous, firstly (wasn’t expecting that somehow), warm, conveniently located. Comfortable beds, nice bedding. The fireplace wasn’t working so they promptly sent someone out to fix it. Really enjoyed the stay and this was a great value for the price. I do wish there had been a few more towels - and bath mats. There were none. But it was all right.

I’ve stayed in this building via Kasa 4 times. This last time was a total nightmare. They boast about a stocked apartment. Make sure you check when you get here. No coffee. No coffee mugs. No paper towels or napkins. No sugar for coffee. After u asked for these items I received two of them left at the door: paper towels and coffee. The biggest let down was receiving parking tickets on both nights! I parked in spot 24, my assigned spot. I prepaid as I normally have done through Kasa. I still got tickets. The worst part?
