I’ve stayed in this building via Kasa 4 times. This last time was a total nightmare. They boast about a stocked apartment. Make sure you check when you get here. No coffee. No coffee mugs. No paper towels or napkins. No sugar for coffee. After u asked for these items I received two of them left at the door: paper towels and coffee. The biggest let down was receiving parking tickets on both nights! I parked in spot 24, my assigned spot. I prepaid as I normally have done through Kasa. I still got tickets. The worst part? Did my first stay at a Kasa and there were definitely problems. First and foremost, I would never stay there again unless they show pictures of each room of the unit you're renting. They showed this great looking place but the unit I was booked into was dark, dingy and was furnished with rejects from a motel-6. The dining room table literally started to collapse when I put my laptop on it. There was no tv in the bedroom which was a problem because I was recovering from surgery.
