Great stay, and for the price, no-brainer.
Great location! Very easy to get to 6th street, the capital and the Moody Center. The concierge staff is very friendly and helpful. We contacted support about some issues with our unit and they responded immediately and took care of us. I would definitely stay with Kasa again.
ATTENTION!!! I bought 10 nights, and it was definitely a very bad experience; the staff doesn’t resolve issues. I'll never stay at Kasa again; they put different photos in Expedia of their property, specifically in the bathroom. They have walk-in showers with a very poor design: the water splashes everywhere, and it's also very uncomfortable to shower. I asked many times to change my room to another studio with a bathtub and a glass shower, similar to the photos on Expedia. Still, they say that all the studios have the same ... read more
Amazing location! Amazing staff who work there! Residents who lived there were kind and gave us great recommendations on best places to eat. The rooms were spacious and clean. The gym was clean and well maintained, the pools were great! Rooftop was brilliant! I would highly recommend staying here!
Comfortable apartment for a 5 day stay in Austin. Easy parking in the garage. Had all the essentials needed.
