KasDev were involved in the Days Rd Development where we purchased a block of land from them in June '21 with a deposit given and no finance clause allowed. The land was not ready and we waited for civil works to be completed and settled until June '22. On settlement, after a soil test our builder advised that the fill KasDev used was not controlled fill i.e our footings needed to be deeper and more expensive - something they did not specify and our Engineer advised for a development of this size (100+ lots) is unheard of.
