Second to none. I tried to reproduce it once with Adam Chapman. Almost came close. Gumbo, stew, etoufee, etc....this roux is untouchable. I actually cooked a stew in very high altitude (near Durango, CO) with this roux...and it tasted like it was cooked in South LA. "Don't matta dat altitude dat"®

Love it! I hate to make my own roux! Kary's roux is the best.
Would NOT cook gumbo without it!! It's my go to when I don't have time to make my own.
