I love Kary's Roux and pig stand BBQ sauce, I just bought a big jar of Roux this week.
Being born & raised in Ville Platte, I can make a homemade roux but when I do use jar roux-dry or original, I ONLY use Kary’s. I’ve shared their roux & boxed products with family & friends from all over the US & they absolutely LOVE them. Such a great hometown tradition, business, & product.
I've been using these products all my life and would not anything else.
I cook a gumbo at the Houston World Championship BBQ contest for the 1600 volunteers every year. I get the 35# bucket of roux, it comes out perfect everytime. Thanx
