Hands down, Kary’s Roux is the best! Like most Cajuns, I’m picky about the consistency and flavor of my gumbo and this roux has never disappointed me.

I used the dark roux and my gravy has a very strong nasty taste. I'm not sure why for people rave over this roux. What can I do to correct it? I will probably throw it away if I can't get rid of the bad taste.

I’ve been using Kary’s Roux for years and there’s nothing better. I have a big pot of gumbo on the stove right now and I can’t wait until it’s done!
It is just not a gumbo without Kary's. I stock up whenever I am in Ville Platte. The box mixes are my go to now.
