Tried to book twice put on hold for 3 minutes + both times Wednesday and Thursday. So just turned up no carts until 5.30 2 very disappointed kids. Poor customer service
Fantastic fun for everyone. There were activities for all ages. The staff were helpful from the time I called to book into the time we arrived and when we left, great customer service. The only thing is that the token machine wasn't working for me for aracde games, and they were busy checking in the next group to get tokens. Overall, though, a great time was had by the 3 kids I took. We will definitely be back. Thanks team
