Last week we used Karson Food Caterers for our School events at the Mercer Country School. I received the best compliments on the food (Trio of sliders with Mac 'n' Cheese and Asparagus) in addition to the amazing desserts (rice pudding spoons). They were professional, organized and easy to work with. From decorations and drinks to ensuring the event was packed up and cleaned out in a timely fashion. I would use them again and again.
