I am 7th grade student. I never used to like my school lunches. i was literally swallowing my food. Since beginning of this year it changed completely. Instead of green dress people now in our cafe area we have people in Red and white dresses. The catering company called karson food services is serving our lunch recently. our food is delicious now a days. don't know why my school never heard my soul.
If you are a school and looking for a great meal for your students, Karson Food Service is definitely the spot to call, from there salads to the pretty exquisite menu to choose from, its a great choice. My favorites dishes are the pastas, properly cooked and always delivered hot and ready to eat. Salad is always great with varieties of veggies. There bread it just as flavorful and go great with nearly anything ordered, especially there cornbread, not crazy dry and great flavor...fresh baked flavor
Karson Food Service helped me thoroughly enjoy our son's school graduation celebration! The set up exceeded our needs with our guests ranging from grandparents to school kids. The food was mouth watering with the turkey sliders and mac-n-cheese everyone's favorite! The service was exceptional, subdued and very attentive. They thought of everything, making this a worry free and enjoyable event for me!

Karson Food team did a great job in cooking menu on students and teachers day events. They were totally professional, the food was great, and we loved the service. Highly recommended. Kudos to Karson staff!
They can customize a menu for anything from a kids breakfast to the most elegant of fine lunchen events. I have personally been at events they catered on both ends of this spectrum. Both were top notch. I am so happy to have a caterer in our school that can do anything We need and make it fabulous.

We recently started to use this company. They are pretty cautious about the student lunch. Earlier we used to use central jersey school lunch service provider. we were getting lot of complains. One of the parents recommend us and since then we have been using the Karson Foods Service. All parents and students likes their food.
