Sold me a car that they knew had engine issues, it broke down within 6 days of the purchase. Was told I could trade for another car but when I went to the dealership to pick it up, they said that was no longer the plan and they were putting a new engine in my broken car. Drove the car for 2 months after engine replacement and constantly going to the mechanic to make sure everything was good and it broke down again. We just purchased a GMC Acadia from Kars Inc and had a great experience! DeMarcus and Jeff at the Des Moines location were amazing, and so was the staff at the pleasant hill location. I was a little indecisive on what year Acadia I wanted so we ended up test driving 3 separate years of the vehicle, and they were all so patient and helpful.
