While install was great, the follow-through was pretty terrible. I went to sell my house nearly three years after install and learned from the city that Karolyi's had never pulled a permit for the AC, which they were required to do. My city required a certificate of occupancy before you could sell, so this blocked me from selling my house until I got this sorted out. I used to use the original installer of my unit, but they seemed to have gotten too large. When my carbon monoxide sensor alarm went off last july, they could show for two weeks. They didn't even ask me if we were ok. I found Steve's listing, and after explaining the issue, he made sure my home was safe and we set an appointment. His tech showed up, did an outstanding job. Recently my a/c went out and he had a tech there the next morning. He's a great guy, his team does good work and I will go with him from now on.
