I took classes with Meredith at her former gym for 7 years and find her method and focus the best I've seen (with visible results). I'm very happy she is following her dream and know she will be successful. She has created a personable, welcoming atmosphere and I would highly recommend.
This gym is the best. The trainers are amazing and the women who are clients are fun, nonjudgmental and ready for a great workout.
