The atmosphere here is so friendly and supportive. As someone with chronic illness exercise is crucial, and having a personal trainer who understands how to work with the chronically ill is hard to find. But Meredith is just that! Large spacious facility. Highly informed and knowledgeable owner and educator, Meredith. Conscientious and concerned. Offers child care as well. I enjoy teaching at the facility. Very much and my students like it as well.
Wonderful video and reminder of what we need to do every day
I'm a new member of Karma Vitality Studio and I'm loving the classes I've taken so far...I've taken 3 Gentle Fitness and they have all been different! The Gentle Yoga was great and as I increase my stamina I'll take some of the more challenging classes. Meredith is wonderful and funny!!!
