Amazing community of empowered women! Meredith, Cathy, Joyce, Levinia are all wonderful. They know each person by name and are good about communicating the "why" and "how" so you do things properly from the beginning. I have no idea how Meredith keeps her energy level the same day in and day out. Love it here!
Karma is a great place. I've never been consistent about gyms, but I keep coming back here. The staff are some of my favorite people. If you live the gym struggle, it is definitely the place to check out!
Ok, so I was not asked to do this, but..... I would like to suggest to all of my fb peeps in NoVA to check out Karma Vitality Studio. It is an amazing fitness club for women only. No rubber necks staring at you. I have been going about four times a week for the past two and a half months and I am happy to share that this gym is amazing. Karma-a force generated to determine destiny, Vitality-liveliness . I have found this an more at Karma Vitality Studios, I have walked in with pain and out walked out pain free . I am in a better place physically then I have ever been. Best medical ins I have ever bought was a membership to Karma Vitality Studios♥♥♥
