Do not go to Karma – Save your time, Save your money, And most of all Save your hair! There is only one word to describe my hair and that word is HORRIBLE! Everyone was very nice in the salon but they either do not know how to do hair or they did it on purpose to get more money out of me. I went in for blonde hair and came out with orange hair. Don't waste your time or money! – Direct quote from salon: "it is our policy here at the salon that we do not do refunds at all. Therefore we cannot refund you for any services. It is posted in the salon, online, and in all of our brochures and flyers. At this point there should be no more back and forth about the issue. Thanks." The Best Salon ANYWHERE in Atlanta!!! – This is hands down, the BEST salon anywhere in Atlanta. The owner, Julie, is the best colorist and stylist around. Go ahead and waste your time and money somewhere else. She is the best!!! Her entire staff is knowlegdeable and friendly. They are not stuck up hair stylists who do not listen to your needs. They do exactly what you want and are perfectionists.
