TAS oak. For our upstairs addition, we wanted something nice in the open areas and passageway. Went the look that best reflected what the downstairs 60yr old floor would look like after a cut and polish. Didn’t bother with a floating option, had this glued down. The samples in the display can only show so much. Kieran was really helpful, explained pros/cons, price points, and gave us plenty of samples to take home for a look at in the space. The biggest thing someone will see is the floors. The next biggest thing is the expertise, speed and efficiency. When Brodie, Owen and Geoff turned up on the morning of the floor lay, I didn't know what to think. But they rolled their sleeves up and go to it. Nothing was too hard. Nothing was a troublem polite, friendly, easy to talk to you and extremely knowledgeable - the floors were done by 4pm. And so clean. They left the place sparkling by the time they wrapped up. We couldn't have been happier with Rick's advice, knowledge and time spent with us. We were able to take some full length boards home to see which suited our space best. We didn't feel like we were just a sale, Rick has a lot of pride in his business. The product was quality and reasonably priced. Rick recommended Brody and Owen for removal and install of our floors.
