Today’s service was awful the technician thinned my eyebrows out and shaped them asymmetrical. Been coming to this location almost a year and never walked out disappointed. I had to go back and point out the mistake and she made it worst. Please be aware.
I’ve been coming here for almost two years and have never had an experience like this. I specifically asked for a CLEAN UP, not a reshape and definitely not for my brows to be thinned out. She removed way too much hair and completely changed the thickness of my brows without asking me. When I told her I was unhappy and asked for a refund, she refused. I don’t normally write reviews, but I felt obligated to share my experience to warn others. I had been here once before and specifically said that I wanted to keep my eyebrows thick. They made them thinner than I wanted, although they were at least symmetrical. After allowing my brows to grow back for approximately three months, I decided to give this place another chance. We got henna and the lady was so kind and skilled! The price was SO cheap and it took around 30 mins!
