Dr. Loftin very competently rebuilt both of my thumbs where degenerative arthritis from overuse had caused severe pain and greatly impaired use of my hands. I had suffered for over twenty years. Her thorough diagnosis, expectation setting, accompanying UAB professionalism, and follow up were all very impressive. My advice to anyone considering this kind of procedure is to do it sooner vs later. Dr Loftin was absolutely wonderful! She is very knowledgeable and great bed side matters. I had a great experience and would recommend UAB especially Dr. Loftin.
Dr. Loftin performed scaphoid surgery for me in May of 2024. Just completed my 1 year Post-Op and everything looked excellent. She was perfect to work with and I am highly satisfied. Very sweet woman as well.
