Dr Roman is a delightful Doctor. Unfortunately their staff is poorly trained. If you are a veteran. Beware. They will fail to get an authorization prior to appointment and then try to shame you in paying bill up front. Knowing full well that doing so would complicate the process of having the VA pay your claim. Their staff assistance is absolutely hostile and will treat you like a second class citizen. Whether in person or on the phone. Avoid this place at all possible. Zero respect for veterans
