The guys at Quad Cities Nissan helped me get into the exact car I was looking for! I walked in with a list of must-haves and they found the perfect rig within my price range. It was a used car with some dents and scratches, so along with the great price they agreed to get the scratches repainted and have their very talented guy get the dents out. I have moved in to Pullman since 2016, and this was my first visit (Jul 11) to Quad Cities Nissan. I had a very positive experience from Parts and Service team members and technicians. They checked my transmission and air conditioner for free. It took couple hours and now my a/c is as cold as ice. Assuming the sales team has the same standard with the parts and service team, I will revisit and purchase my next vehicle here.

I had an awesome experience with this dealership. Michael Woods did a fine job of making sure all my needs were met and I was able to get a very nice truck at a great price. He even brought it to me six hours away and we did all the work right here at the house. Thanks again, it's been a pleasure.
Amazed by the customer service from both Service and Sales departments. Luke in the service dept. took care of me 100%. Maybe even 110%. Had wonderful conversations with sales staff while rig was getting serviced. If you're in the market for a new ride, or need service on a Nissan, this is the place to go!!!
