Karl Malone's Body & Paint is Utah's first and only Toyota Certified auto repair center, plus, we service all other car makes and models. Designed with the customer in mind our state-of-the-art facility provides the most modern repair technology available. We are proud to be a "green" shop using only water-based paints generating low VOC's and little to no hazardous waste. It was one of the best experiences I have had in a long time. My truck which hit a deer, the front end was messed up. Mike at Kayla Malone body shop had the best bid and I was more than satisfied with the work done and the way Mike responded to me and worked with my insurance company. A big thumbs up.
Ken was very helpful! He got my Subie back in order after a rear end accident. They matched the world rally blue perfectly and did a great job detailing it. They were helpful in texting you day to day updates as well. Recommended!
When I meant Andrew he explained to me that he wanted to change the way people perceive auto body shops. He absolutely exceeded my expectations!! Best paint and body shop in SLC hands down. They keep you updated on your vehicle the entire time it’s there via text. They also clean the inside for you. Staffing is great as well. My car looks brand new. Highly recommend!
My car was done sooner than expected and i was notified every day about the status of my car. I've used KMBP 4 times and only had 1 issue where i wasn't happy with the work. They were super understanding, took my car back and had it repaired and ready to go in an hour. I was very satisfied the second time. Overall my experience has been fantastic. Ask for Andrew. He'll take great care of your car and keep you appraised on repair status.
My daughters car was repaired here after an accident. The customer service was superb, they handled everything with the insurance company and rental car company for me and you would never know the car was in accident, it looks great! I love working with Karl Malone! I recently got my 2003 4-Runner back from their shop. This is the second time I've taken my car to them. The way they run their business is completely customer-centric. They not only do a like-new job with repairs, but they also act as an advocate for you when you have to work with a less-than-pleasant insurance company. They also keep you updated all along the way so you're not left wondering. I will ALWAYS take any body work needs I have to Karl Malone, they are simply the best!
Recently got in a car accident and the front end of my car was destroyed. This was the first time I had been in an accident, so this was my first body shop I’ve ever been to. These guys were fantastic! It only took a few days and my car looks better than before. Can’t thank them enough for helping in getting my car fixed, thank you!
I loved working with Andrew and Mike. I had two unfortunate accidents happen to my car in one week! Super stressful right? I was so worried about having to work with the Insurance agencies, the auto body place all while working and taking care of family. But Mike and Andrew worked great together and I didnt have to worry about a thing! They kept me well informed! There may have been a bump in the road but they still took care of me! I appreciated the time spent on my car.
