Designed with the customer in mind our state-of-the-art facility provides the most modern repair technology available. We are proud to be a "green" shop using only water-based paints generating low VOC's and little to no hazardous waste. Everyone at the shop was great to work with from the moment I walked in. Andrew stayed in touch throughout the repair process and helped deal with insurance. My repaired vehicle looks and runs like a charm! I highly recommend them!
WOW! This is the best experience one could hope for. Upon arriving to the body shop at Karl Malone Toyota I was greeted with friendly smiles and faces. My need was a bit urgent and they service associate was happy to give me an estimate. Karl Malone Paint and Body was great! They got me scheduled quick and texted me updates on my car the whole time. It took a week to replace the door, which is what I was told when I dropped it off. I got the car back completely cleaned! I was having a lot of trouble with Allstate and the whole insurance process. They contacted Allstate for me and got everything squared away. No issues at all! Great service! Laif, Andrew and Tori were very helpful.
I was greatly impressed by the quick repair turnaround. They worked around my schedule to ensure that my needs were met and they took the time to address the concerns I had going into the repair. I strongly recommend their services and will use them again in the future.
The repair process was extremely easy with their team. They worked seamlessly with the insurance company to have everything in place and ready to go when it needed to be done. Everyone I worked with was great, but Andrew was above and beyond in being accommodating and explaining the process and time frames I could expect. The text notifications and online tool really helped for tracking the progress of my repair as well; I loved that. Well done from start to finish!

I had a terrific experience with Karl Malone body shop. Leland Thompson my service writer was very helpful and easy to work with. The completed repairs were done when they would be and the work was great. I would recommend them to anyone needing autobody work done.
