Designed with the customer in mind our state-of-the-art facility provides the most modern repair technology available. We are proud to be a "green" shop using only water-based paints generating low VOC's and little to no hazardous waste. This company was recommended by Tony Devino Toyota for repair of my car, after being hit on the side by a deer. My experience with them was absolutely wonderful. Laid Ekberg took great care of both me and my car, making sure things were done properly and expediently. No time wasted and my car is as good as new! One can't ask for more than that! When I went in to Karl Malone's, I was a little nervous. Being a woman I had had no experience with getting repairs done. But Alex came right out, inspected my car, and gave me an estimate. He was personable and friendly and put me at my ease. He helped me determine the best way to take care of the scratches and scrapes in my paint. Outstanding customer service from Ken Williams. He was great to work with and kept me informed of the progress. My vehicle was repaired back to new condition. Excellent work.
I wish I could say Yes, Yes, YES! I recommend them all heartedly! They took care of me and my car as if it was their own! Receiving text messages with updates on the job often was key. It made me feel part of the team, and was comforting to know what and when things were done. The team treated me as if I was part of their (work) family. They are the BEST!
Jalyn was great! The repairs were quick.
Ellen was perfect! She was there at 7:30 am on a snowy morning when nobody was at work yet! But she got me in and out at the scheduled time, managed the entire repair process without a hitch (on time and on estimate) and dealt with the insurance adjusters like a champ. Repair was like it never even happened. Don’t even think about using anyone else! Karl Malone Auto Body rocks!
