Karl Malone's Body & Paint is Utah's first and only Toyota Certified auto repair center, plus, we service all other car makes and models. Designed with the customer in mind our state-of-the-art facility provides the most modern repair technology available. We are proud to be a "green" shop using only water-based paints generating low VOC's and little to no hazardous waste. USAA recommended and it was close to my house. The bid and work were done quickly. The work was very high quality and Ken kept me up to date on the progress. I would not take a Toyota anywhere else for body work
By keeping their word and not being so off when it comes to like locking my truck in the back told me they would do so left it in front of their store unlocked with over 30 grand worth of tools inside my vehicle. Then on top of that left three voicemails none of them returned and I tried to call a manager I was transferred to a voicemail probably so that they could not return my call again after 4 days.I would not recommend getting work done at the shop because they could care less about their customers.
Karl Malone body and paint was great to work with. The guy who handles my car and estimate was Ken Williams great car kept me informed and answered any and all questions if I had any! I would definitely recommend people there!

They were professional, nice, and did a good job. They worked well with my car insurance, they had a quick turnaround, they let me know the expected timeframe, and they were accurate and kept me informed. They provide a shuttle service, so I didn't have to inconvenience family or friends to help drop off or pick up my car. Note: The shuttle service was not offered to me until I asked if they provided the service. I believe they should offer it automatically, every time.
I took in my wife’s car for repairs & they did a fabulous job!
