We have been a customer for almost a year and so pleased. We recently had an issue with our furnace that was making a lot of noise. I called Lieberman to come out and check it out. We had one of those “$49 system check” companies come out, and sure enough, they told us our system was dangerous — claiming we had a gas leak in the heat exchanger and that the entire unit needed to be replaced.
