I am a repeat customer. Why? Reliable, professional and HONEST. My HVAC system is 20+ years old. Hottest holiday weekend and no A/C. Responded quickly. Easily could have told me I need to replace entire unit - but only one part (capacitor) needed replacing - honesty is everything. Josh the technician explained the issue and had us up and running in a short period of time. Josh agreed that an honest company is important - that's why he still works for Leiber.
Josh was amazing! My air went out over a holiday weekend and while other companies simply didn’t answer their phones or gave me far out appointment dates, Josh showed up immediately and had such a pleasant attitude. Leiber is my new go to company to call!
Fantastic service, very quick on a hot saturday. Thanks Cody
Very pleasant, good experience
On time. Thorough. Explained everything. Ended up costing much less than we anticipated. Peace of mind was the end result.
