Great service, great technicians
Called Leiber HVAC following some issues we were experiencing on our new system that was installed by another company. From the first call to the office to when the technician (Josh) arrived at our house, the communication and service were great. Josh quickly identified a couple of installation problems that were the cause of our problems. He efficiently corrected them and gave honest feedback on additional questions of ours. They are prompt . I had my heat go out right before Christmas and they came right away . They worked out a payment plan for me . The work was done efficiently. I’ve yes them for ten years!
Our heater went out during a very cold snap this January and we had three different companies come out to diagnose the issue and give us an estimate to fix. We ended up working with Leiber Heating on the fix and are so glad we did! They were the only ones that determined our Heat Exchanger was still under warranty, saving us thousands of dollars on the repair. I took a shot on a company for my HVAC issue. Leiber Heating & A/C knock my socks off. The person in the office was great and understanding. Called on Friday and got the appointment for Monday, it was not an emergency for me. The technician show up early (early is on time, on time is late), got right to work. The job was done is a very reasonable time. So I think I have found my HVAC company.
