We have been a customer for almost a year and so pleased. We recently had an issue with our furnace that was making a lot of noise. I called Lieberman to come out and check it out. They had an opening the next day. That was fine. I was pleased the could get to me so quick. But the noise was really loud and my wife and 4 kids were wondering how we might sleep through the noise. We had one of those “$49 system check” companies come out, and sure enough, they told us our system was dangerous — claiming we had a gas leak in the heat exchanger and that the entire unit needed to be replaced. This immediately raised red flags for us. We have carbon monoxide detectors throughout our home, and they’ve never gone off. The Leiber team has been servicing my units for many years in multiple homes, including maintenance agreements, repairs and replacement of entire hvac unit in two homes. They are always friendly and responsive, very competitively priced and respectful while in my home. Would highly recommend (and do) this family run business to friends, family and clients!
