Dr. Kwok saved my husband’s colon. Other Doctors wanted to remove his right colon, yet Dr. Kwok saved it. He is very knowledgeable and up to speed with the latest technologies that save lives and organs. We love him!
"Dr Kwok is highly proficient on advanced surgical treatment of esophageal cancer. He is one of a few in the United States that can perform ESD; Endoscopic Submucosal Dissection. I have been fortunate to be in the care of Dr. Kwok. Initially, I was terrified because I did not know what my diagnosis/condition was, but he explained to me in simple terms what could be and ordered tests that would help give him a better diagnosis. After the test came back he explained to me what I needed to do in order to be healthy and narrow down the cause of my results. It has been about five months and thanks to his knowledge and recommendations my greatly health has improved.
I've been a patient of Dr. Kwok's for about 5-6 months, and it's been ridiculous. I've been suffering from debilitating GI symptoms and having a severe flare up over the last month, and have been trying unsuccessfully to contact Dr. Kwok's office for THREE WEEKS. I've left numerous messages explaining the urgency, all disregarded. A nurse told me last Monday that because Dr. K is on vacation the head of the GI dept would call me the next day. No surprise, I never got a call back. UNACCEPTABLE.
