CRAZY – This guy is absolutely INSANE. Do NOT rent from him. There is something seriously wrong with him. He is a liar, a thi*f, a creep. And don't think for a second that you will get your deposit back from him. He will find every possible way to get out of giving you your money back. I'm definitely not the only one he's taken advantage of.

Have never been happier – In my 4 years in college, I have never had an apartment this nice and I have NEVER had a landlord that works as hard and is as dedicated as Karl. He takes personal responsibility of his properties and especially his tenants, and will immediately respond to any problem that you may have. KHP – My experience with Karl Hendler has been none other than positive. It bothers me to see what other people have written about him. He is a man of dedication and works extremely hard. He is very personable with his tenants which is an advantage to all of us because he is very reasonable. Preservation Square – Preservation square is close to campus and doesn't have the feel of a high rise apartment. very homey environment. alarm system in unit i lived in. repairs were slow to get done. land lord works with you on a personal one on one basis. Karl is most easily reached by email.
