Is there anything worse than going to leave for work and your car won't start? Even worse; the battery is so dead it won't even jump. Ford Roadside was at my house within a half hour. My car was towed to Karl Flammer and the battery was replaced within an hour! My service technician, Darlene, was AMAZING. I seriously felt like a family member was helping me. I will never go to another Ford dealership.
Rear brakes went bad on 2015 Transit 250 with 30,000 miles. Was told it was under warranty so I brought it in. Then all of a sudden it wasn't under warranty and cost $480. The inexperienced tech, never replaced the axle seals, so 3 weeks later, axle grease is spewing out of the rear end. I make a 7:30am appointment so they can fix their mistake, and at 8:40 they come in to tell me they were going to start working on it. Should have bought another GMC.

We've bought two vehicles from Flammer in the past few years and the purchasing process was great. They're friendly, easy to work with, and not pushy at all. However, the service department is the opposite. I've brought in my vehicle twice for the same issue; the first time, they said they fixed it yet the issue continued. Never again will I buy from Ford. Wayne Parsons and I went to go look at a truck they had priced online for $40,000. We get there the sales guy was super nice test drove it every thing was going great, then we go to start paperwork to purchase it and the manger tells the guy we are working with the price didn't include the lift kit.. so they then wanted to sell it us for $53,000.
