RecommendedI've used them since the late '70s and have always been treated with respect.
They should stand behind their product. I bought a new '14 Focus in Dec. 2014 and began having transmission issues within a year. Flammer replaced the clutch assembly in July 2017. In August 2018 I took car back for same issue, but Flammer won't replace because out of warranty. Wants me to pay out of pocket for it, even though they never fixed the issue.

Hi Juan, Karl Flammer Ford does stand behind our products and we have offered to pay a portion of the repair, with Ford Motor Company offering to pay another portion of the repair leaving a smaller balance owed that would be your responsibility. We also provided a loaner vehicle to you during the time it was in our shop. The original repair was performed properly following Ford's process of repair. We are not able to control the warranty of the vehicle but we have offered our assistance financially along with Ford.
Always great, that’s why I travel past five different dealers from Tampa to Tarpon Springs!

I have been taking my Ford F-150 since I purchased it 3 years ago. Karl Flammer Ford and it’s top notch service department is awesome. Robyn my service writer gets it right 💯 of the time, she always makes sure everything is done and if I have any questions she is right on it with answers.
