Dr. Hempel has been my doctor for over 20 years. Even though I only see him once, maybe twice a year, he is always professional, friendly, takes me seriously and LISTENS. He is a great doctor and I highly recommend him.
Karl Hempel is a very knowledgeable , compassionate doctor. We have been going to him for over 15 years and have been very happy with hisservices.
Dr. Hempel is not very communicative on my condition or questions I have. He has not been responsive when I have asked for referrals to my Medical Center in my retirement community. I find the customer service in his practice is poor.
He is very thorough, follows up and truly cares. I never feel rushed when I am with him.
