Beyond pleased. I went from bleach blonde to a burgundy. My hair was very complicated and damaged, the owner and the staff were all amazing finding the best solution to what I wanted. I have had one stylist from Napa Valley, California, she was the best of the best so you can understand how nervous I was trusting a new salon with such a large change.
