Karin Waterschoot-Perez is an incredible real estate agent and an even better person. We were so lucky to have her represent us throughout searching, making/adjusting offers, and closing. If you are looking to buy a house, I cannot recommend working with Karin enough!

My experience renting from Karin was a stressful, almost-two-year thrashing on my mental health, in my opinion. Update: I removed all of the details of my experience from this review. And would like to point out how Karin’s response unsurprisingly insinuates that something is “wrong” with me, which is exactly what I’m alluding to in the review written above.
