She was absolutely horrible. I had to argue with her that I was her patient. One of my other doctors had to reach out to her for me and then she decided I could have an appointment. She prescribed me a medication that made my feet swell so bad I couldn’t fit my shoes. She didn’t care just said praise to the medicine because I didn’t have an infection. She didn’t suggest anything to help and wouldn’t give me any instruction on how to manage my neurogenic bladder.

My experience with Dr. Karen Brown was not a good one. As I went through some nerve pain for over two years, I had a bladder implant with Dr. Karen Brown. I went to her to explain what was happening to me that I thought the bladder implant was causing me all the nerve pain. She said that was not the cause or could not be the cause. My dad was referred to Dr. Brown for elevated prostrate numbers. We waited 3 months to get in because we were told she was the best and that is what we wanted. We had a 5 minute appointment where she basically told us that we wasted our time, the doctors wasted their time and that after a certain age, they need to just not test for these things?!?!?!?! Are you kidding me?!?!?! She clearly does not respect life, seniors, or the best preventative or thorough care! Will NOT return to her nor will we recommend her! If you value ... read more

I spent 9 hours in ER with a small kidney stone on February 14, 2024. This is my 7th stone. I also have stage 3 kidney disease with minor hydronephrosis. My pain was so bad my BP was 206/105. My doctor called Dr Browns office with a rederral(I’m already an established patient) 3 times. I called her office 8 times in the next two months also. Each time I was told they’d speak with the doctor and call me back. I NEVER got a call back. I was told by the receptionist that I had an appointment in May and it could wait until then.... read more

Aloof, arrogant, and quite unavailable to her patients. Very authoritative with little time to share actually talking to people to the point of being unprofessional. Cannot recommend.
