This guy is arrogant and not helpful. The exam lasted about two minutes and he couldn’t wait to get out of the room. He seemed irritated to have to answer one question. Would not recommend.
I wish the doctor would be a bit more verbal and explain what is going on instead of the "I said it that is it" approach. A bit of communication would go a long way.
Our experience with Dr. Jamal was horrible! My daughter was referred to him for an urgent procedure, which if not done, can cause her to lose her vision. Dr. Jamal spent a total of maybe 2 minutes with her before telling her to "go to St. Joseph's ER (in Glendale), they have good doctors there, someone will help you." Immediately, I explained to him that we were referred to him for this procedure to be performed that day, by him. Warning this dr ended up blinding me with his misuse of a steroid drug.
Dr was great. Didn’t care for the assistant.
Triage nurse Melissa was exceptional when we contacted her after we received phone call with upsetting info from office staff member.
I had another doctor before Dr. Jamal. I am so thrilled they changed me to Dr. Jamal. He is kind, caring and very good.
Dr Jamal was very pleasant, listened to my concerns, and explained everything to me and made recommendations.
