In My experience Kari was extremely rude for someone I barley met a couple of times off a whim. I'm a sole proprietor and agreed to do some work for a house they were flipping. I was never reimbursed for several thousand dollars of materials. I guess Darren thought it would be okay to rewrite the amount he owed he and thought I wouldn't notice.
