Professional and caring. I found Karen to be both professional and caring. Being a secondary party to the Vendor (oldest child) I was kept informed after making initial contact and always felt Karen cared about the result something I always try to do in my own job.
A surprise meeting and purchase. I had been looking for a unit in the Batemans Bay area with several 'wanted' features, one of which was being within walking distance to the shops. After looking at several properties I decided to drive around to another that had been listed to get a feel for the location, even though it didn't match all my "wish list" items.
