Dr. Karen is my PCP. She takes time to talk to me, pays attention to all my concerns and recommends the best to my health. I trust her.
My wife and I have used Dr Sierra as a primary care physician for the last six years. I am VERY satisfied with her work. She knows us, knows our medical histories and genuinely cares about our welfare. It goes without saying that she is a very knowledgeable physician (most of the doctors at Cleveland Clinic are), but in my opinion the most important thing about Dr Sierra is that she genuinely cares. We stay with Cleveland Clinic primarily because Dr Sierra is there.

This dr is ok but not someone I would feel confident with for use as a long term. She presents as a bit arrogant, detached and cold. In addition, she has an agenda into which she prefers to make you adhere to rather than being open to your thoughts and insights. While she eventually did finally consider my insights, it took a lot of effort. Not worth it. Not the worst but not the best.
