I can't say enough about Dr. Torres and her practice. They all have been absolutely awesome to me through a major dental"refurbishing". I had issues with not staying numb, and she worked relentlessly to find the "mixture" that worked with me. They were understanding, never showed any aggravation or irritation for having to go an extra mile to find what made me comfortable. Dr Torres and her staff were very professional and thorough. My dental hygienist was very nice and explained everything from xrays..cleanings and expectations. (I forgot her name..😕). I wasn't happy with the other dental office I had been with because there were so many different people working on me throughout the large practice and I had special circumstances that needed to be explained to every new dentist who worked on me. What can I say regarding my treatment at Dr. K. Torres and staff. My experience is an OUTSTANDING ONE, GREAT SERVICE. I have no negative comments or how to improve, because from the time you walk into the from door to until you leave the office the service an attendance of the staff is GREAT. I have no regrets or whatsoever. If you want your treatment and be care with respect and by a professional, this is the place, you will not have any regret, The different from my last Dentist to Mrs. K. Torres is from here to the moon.
