She listened and provided clarity and recommendations
During my visits to Dr. Simon. She always listens to my issues and tries to come up with some effective solutions, I cannot ask anymore of a doctor. My only drawback is like any doctor, she gets very busy and may take a little time to see her.
Everything was excellent except my procedure was December 19, 2023 and the first appointment I could get for a follow up and my results of the test was March 8, 2024. I think that is a little ridiculous especially when the office called and said Dr. Simon wanted to see me for the results of the test they could’ve just said over the phone everything was OK.!
I think Dr Simón is wonderful. However, I had to wait 3 months for this appointment, even though I am not a new patient. Now a 3 month wait for a procedure!!!!
A true gem!
Wanted to establish contact with the practice with a new issue after a couple of years gap. Dr Simon’s assistant listened carefully to the reason I was there. I didn’t have to wait very long before the Dr came in. She listened carefully to my problems and I felt heard. She was thorough in her questions and exam. She explained my options and gave me her recommendations. I was given samples of the medication to try out. I felt like I was treated respectfully and was a person not a body part.
Very nice staff Dr. Simon was very professional. This being my first visit the office building was a little hard to find, but be sure and park behind the building. Lots of parking.
I have had several concerns that were causing worry. Dr. Simon has such a good manner, thorough, listens, thoughtful and addressed each concern. Her insights were helpful, recommended plan, and put my worry to rest. I have had some bad experiences with doctors. She is great. I have seen Dr Simon for 5 years now and every meeting puts me at ease, informed, and confident that I am getting the best medical attention. Thank you!
Dr Simon has been our my and my families GASTRO for over 15 years. She’s the best and I just love her. Has great bedside manner, she listens and explains everything clearly.
