Regular appointment to review previous hospital procedure and illness.
Doctor Simon was personable, a good listener, and efficient. Office areas were all spotless and there was no clutter anywhere at all which is very on common for a busy medical office which is very telling that they emphasize cleanliness and organization. How you do anything is how you do everything. Staff all seemed sincerely friendly and not just putting on an act.

This is the email I sent to her practice which I still haven't received a response on: I'm concerned about the lack of communication regarding my procedure and care. Despite not being contacted with updates, I had to proactively call in to obtain info regarding my EGD which the nurse provided. I'm dissatisfied with the practice and the Doctor as she has not discussed my care with me and has refused to do so without an explanation. Dr. Simon is definitely the Best Gastroenterologist in our entire area. She is a good listener and will make you feel comfortable and valued. The best I have ever had!
