This is the email I sent to her practice which I still haven't received a response on: I'm concerned about the lack of communication regarding my procedure and care. Despite not being contacted with updates, I had to proactively call in to obtain info regarding my EGD which the nurse provided. I'm dissatisfied with the practice and the Doctor as she has not discussed my care with me and has refused to do so without an explanation.
