I highly recommend Karen and her team! We had a short 21 day escrow, and numerous inspection issues that required renegotiation of the price with the seller. Karen did a fabulous job of guiding us through home buying process. In the end she was able to get us the house we wanted at a price that allowed us to afford repairs.
