I went to see Dr. Saks for an upper and lower endoscopy. Everything went perfectly and everyone there was so good about everything. Even in light of the pandemic, it was still running smoothly. The Oregon Clinic for Gastroenterology is, in my opinion, run better than any hospital or clinic anywhere that I have EVER been to. I have been going there for over 20 years and I cannot say enough good about it. Karen Saks is just another example of a great doctor working at a very well run clinic. Keep it up, you are doing it right!
Every single person I came in contact with totally professional and caring. The doctor and her assistant were very adept and they talked me through the whole procedure as I could watch on the monitor. It was a quick and efficient procedure.
Dr. Saks was great. I really liked her and she seemed very knowlegable and nice. My problem was with her clinic. I had forgotten what it was like dealing with them or I wouldn't have gone to one of their doctors. They wanted me to drive all the way out to Gateway to get an ultrasound even though there are a ton of places to go on the west side. I live in Tigard!!! Dr Saks listens carefully and takes the time to thoroughly explain diagnosis’. She also has a lovely bedside manner.

Staff and Dr. Saks were polite and professional. All my questions were answered and I was totally informed on how the procedure was going to take place.
Total pros. Very easy to talk to, And I got photos I can use as Christmas cards.
It was ALL TOP NOTCH from start to finish. I would recommend her to ALL my friends.
The staff did a good job preparing me for the colonoscopy. She was prompt and explained what she was going to do. After the procedure luckily the meeting wen quickly as she explained the results.
